Common Concerns

Have questions about our residential and commercial real estate photography services? Check out our FAQs for quick answers to common inquiries about our process, pricing, and how we can help your property stand out.
Will you assist if the house isn't ready?
  • We want your property to look spectacular, but we do not operate as a cleaning service. We will be happy to help move things around and to make your home looks its best, but please don’t expect us to do any heavy lifting or major cleaning to make the room photo worthy.
  • If the house isn’t photo ready by our arrival time we may have to charge a same day cancellation fee to reschedule.
  • Generally, real estate photo shoots take 30 min. to 1 hour from the time we arrive on site. The biggest factor is the size of the property.
  • You can expect 24 hour delivery time for real estate photography. Images will land in your email the evening following the scheduled day of our shoot.
  • For example: If our shoot was Monday morning you will receive images Tuesday evening.
  • Video Work will require 24-48 hours for editing.
The weather looks awful during our scheduled shoot! What can you do to help?

Don’t worry, we’re prepared for harsh weather and have options available for you.

 

  1. Cloudy Days – Stay prepared for your shoot, as we can still make your property look great with sky replacements.
  2. Light Drizzle – We are happy to continue with our shoot utilizing sky replacements to create sunny skies.
  3. Downpour – We can split the shoots into 2 days – Interiors while its raining, and exteriors another day. (*The interior shoot will be billed as a full shoot and the following exterior shoot will be billed separately; $60.)
  4. I need this listed today! – If the property needs listed ASAP we are happy to continue our photo shoot rain or shine.
  5. Reschedule for another day – We are happy to reschedule for another day, but please don’t rely on the weather forecast for final judgment until the night before our shoot.

How can I make our house look its best?

Remove Clutter! – Be sure to only leave decorative items to be seen around your home.

 

LIVING SPACES

  • Remove kids toys, personal photos, remote controls
  • Hide cords and wires as best as you can
  • Fluff and rearrange cushions and pillow

 

KITCHEN

  • Clear countertops of small appliances, paper towel, mail, etc.
  • Clear refrigerator of everything (magnets, photos)
  • Clear the sink of all sponges and cleaning supplies
  • Hide the Trashcan
  • Hide Pet food/water bowls

 

BEDROOMS

  • Remove photos
  • Make bed and fluff pillows
  • Smooth out wrinkles on linens
  • Remove clutter from nightstands and dressers, leave only lamps and decor
  • Hide cords and wires

 

BATHROOMS

  • Put toilet seat down!
  • Clear off countertops of toothbrushes, hair products, etc.
  • Remove shampoos, soaps, and products from showers & tubs
  • Use only clean, unused towels

Shoot Preparation

Larger Properties
  • Larger properties require more time to photograph and edit to achieve our signature look.
  • For Properties over 6000 Sq. Ft. or any custom requests, please reach out to us directly or include your comments at the bottom of our booking section.
  • A small fee will be applied if the property is outside of the following counties: Seminole, Orange, Lake, Osceola, Volusia, and Brevard.
  • Please contact us for an estimate. 
  • Please be prepared and have the property ready upon arrival. Life happens, we understand, and will be flexible to accommodate.
  • However, a fee of $75 will be assessed if notice is not given 2 hours upon arrival at our scheduled time.
  • This includes delays caused by contractors and cleaning crews working during our scheduled shoot.
We do not photograph the interior of garages or closets unless specifically requested in advance. If a particular shot is desired but was not communicated before or during the appointment, any return visit required to capture that shot will be considered a reshoot and may incur an additional fee.
We retain full ownership of all photos and videos produced and reserve the right to use this media—including images of the home and any agents appearing on camera—for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

Revision requests are limited to four (4) and must be submitted within two weeks of the appointment. If revisions are requested after the final video has been delivered and the two-week window has passed, an additional fee will apply. Revision fees start at $60 and are determined based on the scope of the requested changes.

If you would like to add an additional service that was not included in your original booking at the time of your appointment, please note that it may need to be scheduled separately. This helps ensure our photographers remain on time for their other scheduled appointments.

If any cosmetic changes are made to the property after the shoot—even as soon as the following day—and additional photos are requested, a minimum $100 reshoot fee will apply to compensate our photographers and editors for their time.

Vertical videos created for social media reels are intended for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook and are not optimized for YouTube or TikTok. Additionally, music used in these videos may be subject to copyright detection on YouTube, which could result in the content being muted or removed from that platform.
